Shipping & Delivery Policy (Cash on Delivery)

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and conveniently. To provide you with a seamless shopping experience, we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across Pakistan.


1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, or BlueEX) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

  • Delivery Charges: [Insert Amount, e.g., Rs. 200 or Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000] across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

    • Other Towns & Rural Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not included in working days.


2. Order Verification Process

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure accurate deliveries, we follow a strict verification process:

  • After placing an order on our website, you will receive a verification call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our team.

  • Your order will only be processed and dispatched after you confirm it via call or message.

  • Unverified orders will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Payment Method: Payment must be made in Cash to the rider at the time of delivery.

  • No Open Parcel Policy: As per the strict rules of courier companies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before handing over the cash to the delivery rider.

  • If you find any issue with the product after opening the package, please contact our customer support immediately. We will resolve it according to our Refund & Return Policy.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is verified and dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier company’s website to track the real-time status of your shipment.


5. Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times at your given address.

  • Please ensure your provided phone number is active and reachable.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unreachable or refused delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD services for that account/address.
