Please Note: Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product showing its current sealed condition.

Once your return is approved, our team will guide you on how and where to send the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement free of charge.

Change of Mind: If you are returning the product due to a change of mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account).

The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
